WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns: Each piece is made when ordered so we only accept returns if an item arrives damaged. You have 7 days to return an item from the date it arrives. To be eligible for a return here at The Cozy Mitten, the product you purchased must be unused, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us.

WE DO! At this time we take on a limited amount of custom orders. Message us to see if we are accepting custom orders at this time.
WHAT MATERIAL DO YOU PRINT ON?
The medium we use is a cotton blend material which is similar to duck cloth.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We create each piece when ordered. When you place your order we begin to work on your order. We hand make each frame so we ask for 7-10 business days to make and get your piece out. We ship through USPS.
